Job Description
Working as part of a fast paced team the key responsibilities include:
Establish, maintain and manage rosters for individual customer services on receipt of authorised Service Request forms
Ensure fixed time services are scheduled at agreed times/dates and compliant with Service Request forms
Maintain ongoing communication with the Scheduling Team Leader to ensure that rostered services meet agreed customer needs
Coordinate vehicle allocation
Provide on call support on a rotating roster
The role is Monday to Friday based across a rotating roster managed by the team, between working hours of 7:00am to 4:30pm.
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Criteria
Experience in planning and confirming scheduled services
Experience in Alayacare is highly regarded
Ability to work both independently and as part of a high energy team environment
Excellent time management, communication and problem-solving skills
Patience and understanding when dealing with vulnerable customers
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide rapid responses to requests
Excellent computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Certificate III in Business Administration and/or Aged Care or Disabilities will be highly regarded
